For the research, Conscious Leaders set out to find out what leaders think of their own leadership capacity. We invited over 200 leaders in tech to self-assess against these vital leadership traits. Furthermore, we ran two leadership roundtables with participants in London and Bristol to digest the data further and provide commentary on the findings.
